All Oceania mattresses are licensed Australian made, produced right here in Melbourne. Although it is difficult, manufacturing in Australia allows us to source the highest quality materials locally. We partner with the most reputable local suppliers of mattress and bed materials, to ensure our customers have access to the best of what the Australian mattress industry has to offer.

Absolutely, we encourage our customers to come and try out all the beds and mattresses we offer. We understand life can get busy – if you would like to purchase online our customers are welcome to contact us for any and every enquiry you may have. We will do our best to answer your questions and help you pick the right mattress for you.

Due to having one of the biggest ranges of mattresses not all items are kept in stock. If there is limited stock, our mattresses are made to order – lead time can be anywhere from less than 1 week to 4 weeks depending on which mattress/bed you are interested in. Our customers are always welcome to get in touch with our friendly team to get an estimate on wait time for your desired mattress model.

NONE of our mattresses come in a box – at Oceania we believe bed in box type mattresses are generally of a lower quality. We aim to provide mattresses that are built from the ground up right here in our Melbourne factory, and not compressed in a box.

All Oceania mattresses and beds are covered under our manufacturers warranty. Warranties range from 2 years to 10 years depending on which mattress or bed you buy. Details on our warranty and exclusions can be found on our Terms & Conditions page.
